Ridiculously Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

Alright folks. Are you ready for the easiest main dish protein recipe you have ever found in your life? This is literally two, count them, TWO ingredients. That’s right. You really can’t get easier than that. And did I mention it’s delicious? Totally.
And it’s totally easy to do with chicken that may, or may not, be completely thawed.
- 1 to 2 Lbs boneless, skinless, chicken
- 1 bottle good BBQ sauce
Place chicken in slow cooker, then top with half a bottle of your favorite bottled BBQ sauce. Depending on frozen level of chicken (mine was pretty frozen when I made this recipe), cook on low for 6-8 hours. Once chicken is tender and cooked through, remove from crock pot and top with remaining half of BBQ sauce. The chicken should basically fall apart and be deliciously tender. I like to serve with onion roasted potatoes and biscuits!
